BRP and Telwater renew BMT partnership

BRP and Telwater have agreed to continue their partnership producing factory-backed and fitted boat, motor and trailer packages for the Australian market for an additional three years.

Since 2011, the partnership between Telwater and BRP has provided Australian boat owners with complete BMT packages that offer the highest level of innovation and quality on the market.

During this period, Evinrude E-TEC engines have been fitted to Quintrex, Stacer, Yellowfin and Savage BMT packages.

The extension of the partnership between these two industry heavyweights will allow even more customers to enjoy the many benefits of an Evinrude E-TEC-powered Telwater BMT package.

Telwater managing director Paul Phelan said, “Evinrude E-TEC technology provides best-in-class torque, fuel efficiency and emissions.”

“These features, combined with the Evinrude E-TEC power to weight ratio make our boats perform like no other engine can.

“The introduction of the new Evinrude E-TEC G2 motors will also further grow the value proposition of Telwater BMT packages, allowing for seamless integration between the engine and hull as well as providing a highly customisable product for our customers.”

BRP Asia Pacific vice president and general manager Gregoire Dupont said, “We are very pleased to once again be renewing our partnership with Australia’s largest boat builder.”

“Our partnership with Telwater has been very successful over the past four years, mainly due to our strong relationship, shared values and vision for the future.

“BRP’s partnership with Telwater will continue to provide customers with factory-fitted and tested boat packages, for peace of mind boating with the latest technology and performance.”

Telwater/Evinrude BMT packages are available to customers through the extensive Telwater/Evinrude BMT dealer network.
