Tackle World Lawnton has got the goods

SINCE opening its doors in November last year, Tackle World Lawnton has forged a reputation for stocking all the right gear and providing fishos with the right advice.

Shop owner Steve Andrews, who formerly owned The Tackle Shop at Carseldine, spared no expense in making Tackle World Lawnton a top-shelf retail outlet for everyone from first-time anglers to seasoned deckies.

This is exemplified by the fact you can walk into the shop and pick up a $20 combo suitable for the kids and grab a $1000-plus Daiwa Saltiga Dogfight while you’re there.

While the shop stocks all the big and small brands, if you’re after something specific and it isn’t available, the team will get it for you and even price match competitors.

A spooling machine sits on the front counter and the team is more than happy to professionally fill your reels with line free of charge, whether you bought the line and reel from the shop or not.

As well as fishing gear, Tackle World Lawnton features a chandlery comprising anchors and various boating paraphernalia, Humminbird sounders, Minn Kota electric motors, Tide Apparel and Mantra kayaks; basically everything you could dream of needing to get on the water and into the fish.

You will also find a comprehensive selection of chilled bait supplied by Sea Queen at Noosa, and you can buy live bloodworms on weekends.

If it’s lures you’re after, either soft or hard, the selection on the walls of Tackle World Lawnton could keep you occupied for hours.

The dedicated team of four at the shop lives and breathes fishing and the guys are absolutely committed to providing the best service and knowledge to get you on the water and catching fish faster.

So if you’re after new gear at awesome prices, fresh bait or even just up-to-date local knowledge, drop into Tackle World Lawnton at 640 Gympie Rd, Lawnton and see the awesome team.
